Call the Roadside Assistance phone number on your Fadely’s Auto Masters Rewards Card. Provide your Phone Number. For towing within 50 miles of Fadely’s Auto Masters, direct to our location. Max coverage per occurrence: Local: $100, Nationwide: $150.

Once your rewards card balance appears, click the "My Account" button.

Step 3: Verify with One-Time Password
A one-time password (OTP) will be sent to your phone via text. Enter the code in the field provided and click "Submit".

Your Roadside Assistance benefits automatically renew for one year when you have your vehicle(s) serviced by Fadely’s Auto Masters at least twice in the previous 12 months, spending a minimum of $500. Roadside Assistance is provided to customers at the discretion of Fadely’s Auto Masters. Fadely’s Auto Masters reserves the right to change this benefit at any time.
